Size

Condition affects the handling and what gets left behind. Warm weather moves that along quickly.

- Give the size, even roughly. Cat-sized is a useful unit.
- Say where it is, and what stands between the street and that spot.
- Say how long, honestly. Underplaying it helps nobody.
- Say if you are not sure where it is. That is a different job and should be priced as one.
- Give the property ZIP, which settles coverage at the same time.
